Fshirja e llogarisë

Kjo faqe është për lojën BigJoker të 3pika.com (RAMAPRINT SH.P.K.). Llogarinë dhe të dhënat tuaja mund t'i fshini në dy mënyra.
1. Në lojë (menjëherë)
Hapni BigJoker → Cilësimet → Llogaria → Fshi llogarinë, dhe konfirmoni. Llogaria fshihet në çast.
2. Pa lojën (me email)
Na shkruani te hello@3pika.com me temën "Fshi llogarinë BigJoker".
- Nëse keni hyrë me Apple ose Google: shkruani nga emaili i asaj llogarie.
- Nëse keni luajtur si mysafir: na dërgoni kodin tuaj të shokut (BJ-XXXXXX, te Shokët në lojë) dhe emrin në lojë.
E fshijmë brenda 30 ditësh dhe ju konfirmojmë me email.
Çka fshihet
Llogaria, emri dhe avatari, niveli, XP, monedhat, statistikat, kodi i shokut, shokët, kërkesat, ftesat, dhomat private, koha e mbetur e Chat-it, mesazhet që na keni shkruar dhe raportimet.
Çka mbetet
Historia e blerjeve mbetet te Apple ose Google (ne nuk e ruajmë dhe nuk mund ta fshijmë). Blerjet e përhershme i riktheni me "Rikthe blerjet" nëse luani prapë. Nuk mbajmë kopje të të dhënave pas fshirjes.
Delete your account

This page is for the game BigJoker by 3pika.com (RAMAPRINT SH.P.K.). You can delete your account and your data in two ways.
1. In the game (at once)
Open BigJoker → Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
2. Without the game (by email)
Write to hello@3pika.com with the subject "Delete BigJoker account".
- If you signed in with Apple or Google: write from that account's email address.
- If you played as a guest: send us your friend code (BJ-XXXXXX, under Friends in the game) and your in-game name.
We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account, name and avatar, level, XP, coins, statistics, friend code, friends, requests, invitations, private rooms, remaining Chat time, the messages you wrote to us and reports.
What is kept
Your purchase history stays with Apple or Google (we do not hold it and cannot delete it). Lifetime purchases can be restored with "Restore purchases" if you play again. We keep no copy of your data after deletion.
