Kushtet e përdorimit

Këto kushte vlejnë kur luani BigJoker, lojë letrash nga 3pika.com (RAMAPRINT SH.P.K.). Duke luajtur, i pranoni. Nëse e keni shkarkuar nga App Store, vlen edhe Licenca standarde e Apple për aplikacionet (Standard EULA).

1. Llogaria

Mund të luani si mysafir ose me Apple ose Google. Progresi i mysafirit ruhet vetëm në atë telefon derisa ta lidhni me Apple ose Google.
Jeni përgjegjës për llogarinë tuaj dhe për atë që bëhet me të.
Emrat fyes ose që imitojnë të tjerët nuk lejohen dhe mund të ndryshohen.

2. Monedhat dhe blerjet

Monedhat dhe gjërat në lojë janë virtuale: nuk kanë vlerë reale, nuk këmbehen në para, nuk shiten dhe nuk kalohen te të tjerët.
BigJoker nuk është lojë fati me para të vërteta dhe nuk ofron fitime reale.
Pagesat i kryen Apple ose Google sipas kushteve të tyre; rimbursimet kërkohen tek ata.
Blerjet e përhershme ("Hiq reklamat", "Auto Sort") lidhen me Apple ID-në ose llogarinë Google dhe rikthehen me "Rikthe blerjet".
Chat-i blihet për 1 ose 3 javë: paguhet një herë, nuk rinovohet vetë dhe mbaron në datën që shfaqet në lojë; një blerje e re i shtohet kohës që ka mbetur. Ruhet në llogarinë tuaj, prandaj vlen edhe në telefon tjetër kur hyni me të njëjtën llogari Apple ose Google.
Monedhat, koha e mbetur e Chat-it dhe progresi humbin nëse e fshini llogarinë.
Çmimet, ofertat dhe gjërat në lojë mund të ndryshojnë.

3. Sjellja dhe chat-i

Nuk ka tolerancë për fyerje, urrejtje, ngacmim, kërcënime, përmbajtje seksuale, spam, mashtrim ose ndarje të të dhënave personale.
Fjalët fyese filtrohen automatikisht. Çdo mesazh mund të raportohet dhe çdo lojtar mund të bllokohet.
Raportimet i shqyrtojmë brenda 24 orësh; kush i shkel rregullat humb të drejtën e shkrimit ose llogarinë.

4. Loja e ndershme

Ndalohen programet ndihmëse, shfrytëzimi i gabimeve, llogaritë e shumta për përfitim dhe çdo mashtrim. Monedhat ose progresi i fituar padrejtësisht mund të hiqen.
Kur nuk ka lojtarë të mjaftueshëm online, vendet në salla plotësohen me lojtarë kompjuterikë (botë). Te "BOT" luani gjithmonë me botë.

5. Shërbimi

Loja ofrohet ashtu siç është. Mund ta ndryshojmë, ta përditësojmë, ta ndalojmë përkohësisht për mirëmbajtje ose ta mbyllim.
Brenda kufijve të ligjit, nuk përgjigjemi për humbje indirekte nga përdorimi i lojës. Kjo nuk i cenon të drejtat tuaja si konsumator.

6. Fshirja dhe pezullimi

Llogarinë e fshini kur të doni: Cilësimet → Fshi llogarinë.
Mund ta pezullojmë ose ta mbyllim llogarinë e kujt i shkel këto kushte.

7. Ndryshimet

Kur i ndryshojmë kushtet, ndryshojmë datën më lart; duke vazhduar lojën, i pranoni kushtet e reja.

Terms of Use

These terms apply when you play BigJoker, a card game by 3pika.com (RAMAPRINT SH.P.K.). By playing, you accept them. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies.

1. Your account

You can play as a guest or with Apple or Google. A guest's progress is kept only on that phone until it is linked to Apple or Google.
You are responsible for your account and what is done with it.
Offensive names, or names that impersonate others, are not allowed and may be changed.

2. Coins and purchases

Coins and items in the game are virtual: they have no real value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to others.
BigJoker is not real-money gambling and offers no real prizes.
Payments are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; refunds are requested from them.
Lifetime purchases ("Remove ads", "Auto Sort") belong to your Apple ID or Google account and are restored with "Restore purchases".
Chat is bought for 1 or 3 weeks: it is paid once, does not renew by itself and ends on the date shown in the game; a new purchase adds to the time left. It is kept with your account, so it also works on another phone when you sign in with the same Apple or Google account.
Coins, the remaining Chat time and progress are lost if you delete your account.
Prices, offers and in-game items may change.

3. Behaviour and chat

There is no tolerance for insults, hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, spam, scams or sharing personal data.
Offensive words are filtered automatically. Any message can be reported and any player can be blocked.
We review reports within 24 hours; players who break the rules lose the right to write or their account.

4. Fair play

Cheating tools, exploiting bugs, multiple accounts for gain and any kind of cheating are forbidden. Coins or progress gained unfairly may be removed.
When there are not enough players online, seats in the rooms are filled with computer players (bots). In "BOT" you always play against bots.

5. The service

The game is provided as it is. We may change it, update it, pause it for maintenance or close it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the game. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.

6. Deletion and suspension

You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account.
We may suspend or close the account of anyone who breaks these terms.

7. Changes

When we change these terms, we change the date above; by continuing to play you accept the new terms.
